  really bad client experience. Sophie is unresponsive and seems oblivious to details that required before settlements can happen. Doesn't want to acknowledge errors made on her side and causing stress for all parties involved. Unhelpful and wants you to sort out her mess and all she cares about is finishing up your file so she can move on. Definitely do not recommend.

  Slow at processing conveyance paperwork. Kept making excuses to delay my pick up of the deed title. She made excuse that she needed to take her dad to Hospital... Then changed her mind saying that we could meet today in 15 minutes... When I got there she did not open the door to let me in until 29 minutes later; then she made me wait in the waiting room because she was dealing with another client... My impression was that the the lawyer was lying... You get what you pay for... Don't waste your time, it'll end up costing you more from time lost and opportunity cost
