  I called up and spoke with Josh who was very helpful. I wanted a 2TB external hard drive which Josh advised he would be able to assemble for me. I brought my previous hard drive I had that was giving me trouble. Josh checked it out and saw it was ok, so I left without purchasing another hard drive and advised I'd be back if mine was giving me trouble. What I was pleased with was the professional service I received and Josh was there to assist and wasn't keen on just making extra profit from me. If I do have trouble, I will make sure to obtain the external hard drive without any question - Thank you Josh for your top service.

  I had a unrelated problem today and needed a screwdriver for my car outside. Went in, asking for help, one of the guys gave me their company one, and when I said I needed another one he told me he has a personal one but wouldn’t lend it to me. Tried with the company one, didn’t fit, and when I walked back in to give it back, another young guy attended me and he is honestly the best bloke. He had a toolbox in his white car and lend me his screwdriver and even gave me a hand. Hey, if you’re reading this, I really can’t tell you how thankful I am! I was in a bit of a situation and you saved me an awful lot of hassle with Service NSW. You’re doing an amazing job and I wish you all the best.
  If the boss reads this, give this guy a badge, outstanding friendliness and professionalism.
  I will definitely check in soon and buy my new computer there.

  I visit JW every 7 to 12 months for upgrades or discussions on potential upgrades. Every visit is informative, with staff giving their best opinions.
  
  One trait I appreciate is how staff don't attempt to oversell other items or push any product without reason.
  
  I will continue to purchase equipment from this store for as long as possible.
